Gradska biblioteka i čitaonica Kotor i ove godine učestvuje u akciji BIBLIOTEKE ZA STUDENTE, koja podrazumijeva besplatan upis u narodne biblioteke 5. oktobra 2023. godine za sve studente u Crnoj Gori, bez obzira na to da li studiraju na državnom ili privatnim univerzitetima.
